OSM students and families are invited to join the 250th Birthday Celebration of Highland, Maryland, located at the crossroads of State Routes 216 and 108.
OSM is sponsoring the Halloween Parade lead by a live marching band from Mt. Hebron High School. Children are encouraged to come in costume or they can make one at the fair! Participants will march behind the band down Rt. 216, accross Rt. 108, and into the grand stand area on the Highland Crossing lot where the band will perform additional musical selections.
When? Saturday, October 3, 2009 (Sunday, Oct. 4 rain date)
What Time? Meet at 12:45 for the parade start at 1:00pm
Where? The Colonial Kids' Zone on Rt. 216 next to Jim Pope State Farm Insurance
