Go to our website and print a copy of the 2010-11 OSM Registration form. Complete and mail or fax to 410-309-0774 with payment to receive enrollment confirmation. Returning students may email the registration information along with payment authorization.
Also remember that OSM has a partnership with Stu's Music (Stusmusic.com) so you now can rent, purchase, and repair instruments conveniently at OSM.
Please note that due to the large volume of registrations, we are not able to process any registrations over the phone.
